Terms, privacy and compliance, in full.

These terms govern access to the TalkVend platform and to this website. By creating an account, signing an order form or using the product, the customer accepts them on behalf of the organisation they represent.

TalkVend grants a non exclusive, non transferable right to use the platform during the contracted term, limited to the number of seats and inboxes agreed in the order form. Access credentials are personal and the customer is responsible for their use.

TalkVend processes personal data as a processor on behalf of its customers, and as a controller for its own website visitors, prospects and account administrators.

We collect only what the service requires: identification and contact data, conversation content sent through connected channels, technical logs, and the metadata needed for audit trails and billing.

Data subjects may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection and deletion. Requests reach us at hello@talkvend.com and are answered within the deadlines set by the applicable law.

A data processing agreement is available for every customer and forms part of the contract. It defines the subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing, the categories of data and the obligations of each party.

Subprocessors are limited to infrastructure, messaging and AI providers strictly required to deliver the service. Each one is assessed before onboarding and reviewed periodically, and customers are notified before a material change.

This website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep the session, the chosen language and basic security. Analytics cookies, when enabled, are aggregated and never used to identify an individual visitor.

TalkVend holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001, and runs a privacy programme aligned with LGPD and GDPR. Independent audit work is conducted by Deloitte, one of the Big Four firms.

Audit reports, certificates, the control matrix, penetration test summaries and the data processing agreement are shared with customers and qualified prospects under NDA.

Interfaces, numbers, names and conversations shown on this website are product demonstrations built to explain how the platform works. They are not customer results and do not constitute a performance commitment.

Security vulnerabilities can be reported in good faith to hello@talkvend.com. We acknowledge every valid report, keep the reporter informed and do not take legal action against research conducted responsibly.

Nothing on this website is legal, financial or regulatory advice. Contractual commitments exist only in the signed agreement between the parties.

Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the event, except in cases of wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow limitation. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, for contracts executed with TalkVend Inc., and by Brazilian law for contracts executed with the Brazilian entity, in each case in the courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
